Smoothies are delicious, nutritious and easy to make. I love the combination of bananas and strawberries.

For one portion of strawberry smoothie you need:

    • 3 ripe bananas
    • 1 cup of strawberries
    • 1 tpsp. sesame seeds (Optional, but it gives the smoothie a calcium boost)
    • 1 cup of water or plant-based milk.

How it’s done:

  • Blend it all up and enjoy
  • Tip: You can adjust the thickness by adding more og less water / plant-based milk.
