Smoothies are delicious, nutritious and easy to make. I love the combination of bananas and strawberries.
For one portion of strawberry smoothie you need:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 tpsp. sesame seeds (Optional, but it gives the smoothie a calcium boost)
- 1 cup of water or plant-based milk.
How it’s done:
- Blend it all up and enjoy
- Tip: You can adjust the thickness by adding more og less water / plant-based milk.
