Ingredients:

Firm tofu cut into steak size slices

Marinate:

2 tbsp. soy sauce

2 tbsp. sugar free ketchup

1 tbsp. hot sauce

1 tsp. smoked paprika

For the sandwich:

2 slices of whole grain bread

Spinach

Tomatoes

Sprouts

Mustard

How it’s done: 

Slice the tofu. Pres the water out with a paper towel. Mix the marinate ingredients together. Marinate the tofu for 5 minutes.

Pan-fry the tofu for 2 minutes on each site on medium heat.

Toast the bread or eat is as it is. Put some mustard on the bread, then spinach, your tofu steak, sprouts and tomato.
